Daquiri is a Main Studbook Hanoverian Mare & was 3rd Place as Mature Mare in the AHS Sport Horse Breeding Awards in 2012. Her dam Fancy Free was an imported Grand Prix horse, competed at Grand Prix at the age of nine and was FN ranked at the age of ten. Her dam's sire, Falkland combines the jumping ability of his famous sire Wanderer and his elasticity and athletic ability of his dam’s sire Pik Konig. He is also known for producing excellent rideability. Her sire De Laurentis by De Niro is a legend in himself. In 2012, 6 of De Niro’s offspring traveled to the London Olympic Games. In total, De Niro has produced 70 licensed sons all while proving himself through his own performance as a Grand Prix horse. De Laurentis’ dam sire Caprimond won his testing and went on to become a successful Grand Prix horse as well.
